500 gr ciuperci proaspete, 1 lingurita cimbru uscat, 5 fire ceapa verde , 20 ml ulei, sare si piper – dupa gust.
Spalam bine ciupercile si le taiem pe jumatate.
Intr-un vas amestecam uleiul, cimbrul, ceapa verde (taiata marunt ) , sare si piper dupa gust.
Adaugam ciupercile cu compozitia se mai sus si le asezam intr-un vas termorezistent.
