Aluat: 1 kg faina, 200 gr zahar, 50 ml ulei, 150 gr unt, 5 galbenusuri, 500-600 ml lapte, 40 gr drojdie, 10 gr sare, coaja rasa de lamaie, zahar vanilat.
Umplutura: 300 gr miez nuca maruntita, 40 gr cacao, 2 albusuri, 100 gr zahar, vanilie.
Decor: 1 galbenus de ou
Preparare Umplutura – albusurile se bat cu zahar pana obtinem o spuma tare. Se amesteca cu cacao, vanilie , cacao si nuca pana obtinem o compozitie omogena.
